We seek a Food Service Worker to join our team!Food Handlers Card Required or ability to apply required!

Requirements include:

• Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter or approach the food area.
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
• Effectively operate a cash register.
• Assist other store employees in maintaining security in stores.
• Stock merchandise.
• Inform management of any out of stock situations.
• Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters and tables.
• Take orders from customers
• Complete orders from steam tables, placing food on plates and serving customers at tables or counters.
• Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas.
• Accept payments including but not limited to cash register transactions and others as necessary.
• Order supplies and stock shelves.
• Follow "First-in-First-Out" Rule (FIFO).
• Able to lift up to 30lbs, standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, reaching, and other physical activities as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in the operation of a cash register.
• High degree of interpersonal skills.
• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred but not required.
