This Regional Learning Manager position is for you, if you would enjoy:

  • Ensure the learning portfolio is achieved as part of the enablement group 
  • Develop and certify Master Trainers in the market to embed new formats, technology, mindsets, and processes
  • Develop each Master Trainer to drive, own, and execute learning activities in each location up to company standards
  • Working a hybrid schedule out of our headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ

 

Regional Learning Manager Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and certify Master Trainers to be the lead facilitator and to develop others to train others
  • Enable each location to be consistent & stable in execution of core learning offerings
  • Manage project plans to full execution with team according to their commitments
  • Problem solve to overcome barriers to implementation of programs, technology, and processes
  • Change agent, motivate, and paint the picture of the long term vision to teams for action today
  • Facilitate programs where necessary and fill in gaps where needed
  • Build coaching relationship with team members in the field
  • Identify and apply new ideas to close skill gaps
  • Gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support desired outcomes through influence with Sr. Leaders
  • Manage multiple project plans to meet deliverables and timeframes
  • Communicate using multi-channels to promote benefits and create buzz
  • Create communications, info graphics, and job aids to transfer knowledge with ease
  • Demonstrate technology including all company apps and virtual tools to an expert level
  • Actively participate in project debriefs sharing best practices and solutions used to overcome tactile and mindset barriers
  • Act as a LMS admin, extracting and interpreting data to explain trends and successes; use this data to design next steps for each locations’ improvements, recognition, and/or rewards
  • Travel up to 50%

 

Regional Learning Manager Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ID, T&D, OD, or Psychology
  • 5+ years’ of Training Manager experience
  • Experience with eLearning and web based technologies
  • Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills
  • Solve problems from the end users perspective
  • Experience in delivering change management programs with strong influencing and coaching skills
  • 2-3 years’ of SAP Success Factors experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

 

Regional Learning Manager Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery in virtual ILT and at least one online presentation tool
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous Cornerstone experience
