This HR Business Partner position is for you, if you would Enjoy:

  • Developing and aligning Hudson HR Strategy and Plan objectives with employees and management and ensure consistency and compliance of the Southeast territory
     

Your Team is counting on you as an HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide prompt responses to employee questions and resolve escalated issues
  • Create partnerships with Operations, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Labor Relations teams
  • Measure turnover, performance ratings, workers comp claims, and training participation rates
  • Travel up to 50% to Duty-Free, Duty-Paid, Specialty and Food & Beverage locations

 

HR Business Partner Key Accountabilities:

  • Owns all aspects of the employee life cycle in partnership with various HR streams
  • Work closely with operations management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention
  • Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices by partnering with NASC Talent Management Team to fill open positions
  • Proactive coaching and development of managers and associates on employee engagement, morale, and best practices for operational excellence
  • Assist with investigative inquiries and Labor Relations issues as needed
  • Inform company of HR plans as a point person for strategy and planning for assigned territory
  • Own, implement, and monitor all HR initiatives including but not limited to Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and training programs
  • Implement consistent administration of all human resources policies, procedures, and practices in the field and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Analyzes period end reports
  • Coordinate airport and community events
  • Conduct HR Audits for compliance and safety purposes within assigned region
  • Lead the formulating, implementing, and providing of feedback on HR strategies for assigned locations


HR Business Partner Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of prior HR experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced HR knowledge across multiple HR areas including but not limited to benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and compensation
  • Experience in a stressful, operations-focused environment
