This Grill Cook position is for you, if you enjoy:

• Working in the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport

The team is counting on you as a Grill Cook to:

• Work a schedule with open / flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings) Weekdays and Weekends
• Work a full-time schedule

Grill Cook Accountabilities:

• Maximize sales and improve product margin
• Lead, train and mentor staff
• Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed
• Assist with inventory control
• Will assist/perform operational audits
• Ability to communicate strongly, have leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in the operation of a cash register.
• Prior food experience preferred.

Grill Cook Requirements:

• Two Years’ Experience as cook, preferably with a focus on grilling
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Capacity to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work weekends, evenings, holidays
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or Above
