The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for facilitation of all inventory invoices, ensuring extraordinary customer service to our vendors and internal partners.


Audit, match, batch and enter heavy volume of invoices
Research and resolve discrepancies on vendor statements
Daily interaction with vendors and various locations
Creation of payment batches
File high volume invoices accordingly
Run Trial Balance reports to provide resolution to dated invoices


Ability to multi-task and meet multiple, on-going deadlines;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent organizational skills;
Solid interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
Must be proactive, display a sense of urgency and possess a strong work ethic;
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable;
Working knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.


Essential: Must have at least two years of related experience. Some college a plus or equivalent work experience necessary. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word). Knowledge of accounting software.


Desirable: Great Plains, Dynamics and SAP a plus
