The Construction Project Manager position is for you, if you would enjoy:

  • Traveling 30-40% required
  • Competitive pay range: $90,000 - $100,000/year

Key Accountabilities - your team is counting on you as Construction Project Manager to:

  • Invitation to Bid
    • Respond to RFI’s
    • Qualify bids
    • Summarize and recommend awards
  • General Contractor Management
    • Monitor and control schedule
    • RFI resolution
    • Weekly project meetings and reporting
    • Coordinate brand supplied items with Merchandising
    • Manage owner supplied items
  • Millwork manufacture management
    • Field survey coordination
    • Shop drawing review
    • Installation coordination
    • RFI resolution
  • Cost control
    • Change order resolution
    • Brand supplied items
    • Operations support
  • Operations coordination
    • Hardware and plastic orders
    • CIP change resolution
    • Turnover support
  • Closeout punch list and record set
  • Store Maintenance
    • Managing local contractors to support field operations

Construction Project Manager Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 7 years Construction Management experience

Construction Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Project Manager (PMP Certification)
