The Auto-Replenishment Manager position is for you, if you enjoy:

  • Building the replenishment process from the ground up and once established, to build a team for support.
  • Vendor-to-direct location model with multiple vendors and working across numerous locations. 
  • Analyzing data using reporting tools and MS Excel, which is then fed into SAP.
  • Working a hybrid schedule out of our East Rutherford, NJ office.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Buying and Planning team on confirming assortments per vendor per location
  • Analyze and set target stock for replenishment initially and as needed/seasonally
  • Compile store presentation stock figures to factor into master logic
  • Establish and maintain Min/Max parameters in system (SAP)
  • Partner with Master Data and IT departments for item, system, and process updates as appropriate and issue resolution
  • Review orders adn release PO's on a daily basis
  • Present performance and KPI’s to team, management, and executive
  • Create, run, and compile reports
  • Partner with field operation locations on issues as they pertain to inventory and timely receiving as impact to replenishment
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work in an agile way

 

Required Qualifications:

Candidates for this position must have strong attention to detail

  • Solid practical experience with auto replenishment
  • Detail oriented with large volume of data
  • Requires strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a large work load
  • Self-starter and independent worker with team focus; a team-builder, initiative-taker and problem-solver
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Excel and SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field; 3-6 years in replenishment role, with a focus on auto-replenishment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior retail merchandise planning, buying, or store planning experience helpful. Multi-unit location experience is ideal
