Overview

 

A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin’ operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin’ bakery products, including muffins, croissants, and bagels.

 

 

This Dunkin’ Baker Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

 

• Preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Working at Pittsburgh International Airport

 

Team is counting on you as a Dunkin’ Baker to:

 

• Work the night shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am or from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Work a full-time schedule

Required Qualifications:

 

• Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
• Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
• Ensure equipment is used as designed
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area
• Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Work other positions as directed by supervisor
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
• Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
• Promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
• Be punctual
• Attention to detail and highly reliable
• Ability to multi-task
• Prepare food and beverages
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment

• Paperwork accuracy and organization
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change

Key accountabilities:

 

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Assemble and package orders and serve to guests

• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Guest focused
• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
• Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a variety of areas (cross-trained)
• A minimum of one-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
