World Duty Free is currently looking to hire an Operations Supervisor for the team. This role reports to the Store Ops Manager. 

Purpose: Responsible for Inventory Control and Supply Chain process requirements in the Retail Operation. Inventory includes sellable and non-sellable goods. 

Key Accountabilities:

Operations

• Generates and reviews Inventory Reports weekly
• Makes stock count schedule to ensure that 80% of articles are counted between General Inventories.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to ensure that TSRPs are updated regularly
• Assists with the planning for General Inventory each year.
• Responsible liaising with category teams on inventory management.

• Cycle counts are executed daily
• Stock discrepancies are identified
• Executes General Inventory
• Orders supplies as needed
• Coordinates Supply Delivery to shops
• Generates Weekly Stock Reports by site
• Provide weekly stock adjustment summaries
• Maintain YTD stock loss report

People

• Works with stock keepers and sales associates to complete counts
• Works with stock keepers to maintain shop visual standards

Role Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a similar role. Experience in inventory management and logistic procedures
• Strong Computer skills, using Microsoft Office and other applications
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry
• Fluent written and spoken English Skills
