Hudson Group, North America's largest specialty travel retailer, is seeking a Loss Prevention Professional to join our team in Las Vegas.

Hudson Group has retail operations at McCarran (LAS) Airport and at the Palazzo/Venetian and Hard Rock hotels. This position will be based at McCarran (LAS) airport and will also cover the hotels as needed.

Job Summary:

Loss Prevention Person will be responsible for investigating all cash handling related matters, reviewing and maintaining video systems. Conducting the development of managers and supervisors to understand and execute fundamental controls and processes and conduct new hire orientation.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish and ensure all company and loss prevention policies are enforced.

Responsible for monitoring daily cashier performance, average sales and transactions.

Respond and react to abnormal levels in voids, refunds and over/shorts, work well with local law enforcement.

Utilize camera systems and experienced in physical surveillance.

Requirements:

Must have a strong operational background in a multi-location retail environment.

Front-line investigations, reporting writing and Interview/Interrogation training certification is required. i.e. Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid.

Advanced knowledge of analog and IP based CCTV systems, Microsoft office and Inventory management systems and procedures.

Flexible schedule to include late shifts, nights and weekends.

Minimum 5 yrs experience and college is preferred.
