Cash Office Admin position perks include:

  • A part time schedule, 6:00am-3:00pm, including weekends & holidays as needed
  • $15.00 an hour pay rate

Cash Office Admin responsibilities:

  • Oversee accuracy of cash office responsibilities and personnel, which includes but is not limited to:
  • Responsible for accurately counting daily deposits.
  • Reviews and report Z-readings and credit card audits to appropriate team members.
  • Report current day, last year and last week sale figures to Regional VP daily.
  • Verify that the safe has been counted and balanced at the beginning and end of day.
  • Preparing daily deposit log and communicating with corporate.
  • Additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications for Cash Office Admin:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in cash handling, preferably in a position dealing with large amounts of money.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail.
