    This Barista Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

  • Preparing beverages according to operational standards

  • Providing guests with great service

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Working at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

    Your Team is counting on you as a Barista to:

  • Provide flexibility to work an early morning shift starting at 4:30am, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

  • Work a full-time schedule


    Barista’s Job Duties:

  • Work a non-automated espresso machine

  • Effectively execute standards, recipes and systems

  • Maintain a clean and neat workstation and equipment; and a complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.

  • Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.

  • Communicate appropriately with fellow co-workers, treating others fairly and with respect.

  • Respond positively to feedback and direction given.

  • Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.

  • Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

  • Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

  • Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation

  • Take orders at the Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)

  • Follow speed of service standards

  • Serve and communicate with guests

  • Maintain a guest focused culture

  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers

  • Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

    Required Qualifications:

  • Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment

  • On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change

  • Guest focused

  • Standing on feet for long periods of time

  • Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching

  • Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)

  • A minimum of one year, of recent experience working on a non-automated espresso machine
  • Experience in making specialty drinks
