PURPOSE:

  • Champion the highest customer service standards for our eCommerce customers to ensure a consistent and enjoyable customer experience and assist the company to achieve desires sales goals. Provide overflow support for order fulfillment as needed.
  • Experience with Magento and SAP required.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the customer service needs of our eCommerce customers in the United States and Canada.
  • Respond to and remedy all customer service inquires in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of each customer inquiry, investigate the situation, and resolve any issues based on company guidelines.
  • Track and report open and resolved customer service inquires.
  • Identify recurring customer service issues, observe customer flow, and make recommendations to improve our overall customer satisfaction, fill rates, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Assist in identifying messaging in customer touchpoints that can improve the customer experience.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor with order fulfillment needs as needed including peak seasons, etc.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

  • Experience with Magento and SAP required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
  • Ability to listen to and empathize with customers.
  • Willingness to take ownership of each customer inquiry, investigate the situation, and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience at an eCommerce retail company.
  • Technology capable – using software to review customer orders, enter and update stock information, process orders, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Variable schedule availability to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs with frequent bending, lifting and long periods of time standing and/or walking.
  • Be based out of our Miami, Florida warehouse facility

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Two or more years experience in a customer service role in retail or related customer focused service industry. 
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
