This Urban Decay Lead Beauty Advisor Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

• General Lead and supervisory responsibilities including opening and closing cash registers
• Working at the Mc Carran International Airport

Your Team is counting on you as an Urban Decay Lead Beauty Advisor to:

• Provide flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays
• Work a full-time schedule

Urban Decay Lead Beauty Advisor Job Duties:

• Assists and supports a team of beauty advisors in the daily processing of cash and sales
• Researches and resolves sales discrepancies and cash overages/shortages
• Assists in training new beauty advisors
• Performs limited processing and assists the team in meeting weekly, monthly and periodic deadlines
• Generates and distributes a variety of production reports to ensure all deadlines are timely met
• Must comply and enforce store, state and federal regulations.
• Must provide professional sales etiquette at all times.
• Must have impeccable customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must have 2-3 years experience as a Supervisor
• Must have experience working within the Beauty field.
• Must have knowledge of different brands and vendors.
• Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetician License
• Urban Decay Brand knowledge (preferred)
