WE ARE OPENING A NEW DUNKIN DONUTS STORE AND LOOKING FOR OUR NEW GENERATION DUNKIN TEAM AT DALLAS LOVEFIELD AIRPORT!!
We have 3 schedules:
4am to 1pm, 1pm to close (9:30pm - 10:30pm), 8:30pm to 5:00am (overnight)

Must be available to work weekend and Holidays! Starting pay for crew members is $11.75 per hour.
Job Summary:
- Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales by assisting in the daily operations of the store.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Proficiency in operations of a cash register
- High degree of interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Prior restaurant, café, coffee, bakery or customer service experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
- Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
- Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
- Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
- Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
- Make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.
